In this section you can find the strangest and most entertaining tales about things that have happened to you in our hotels. It is open for all of our friends to tell us about things that they liked or that they noticed about our hotels.

Your opinion is very important to us. To prove this we have posted an example of some letters that were sent between Maria (one of our friends, who is 12 years old) and Antonia, the boss of the Fuerte Rompido Suites Hotel:

Letters by Maria and Antonia

Maria left her letter on one of the chairs in the Restaurant, and it was found by Antonia. Antonia read the letter, though that it was a wonderful situation and replied:

· “Hello Maria, my name is Antonia and I am the boss of the hotel where you stayed. We found your note telling us that you had a good time – I am glad to know that my team’s work helps the people who come here on holiday to feel happy, because we are happy here as well. We hope that you will come back and visit us soon, and I hope to be able to meet you in person. Fond regards"
Maria answered:
“Antonia, I am very pleased that you found the note because I wanted you to know that I really liked the hotel and my mum, my dad, my brother, my cousins and my friends all liked it too. We really did like it because we went there last year as well. We are thinking about going to the hotel in Cadiz next year.
Well, I am only 12 years old and I really loved the hotel. I also really liked the forti club because it is a really great idea, that’s all. There is one more thing - please will you say goodbye to everyone at the forti club from me and my brother, as we didn’t get a chance to do this (if you can, of course), ummm and if you get a chance please tell us if the club at Cadiz is good as well. Hugs and kisses”
